kp33 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "kp33," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our" refers to the kp33 online gaming platform operated at kp33.one by its licensed operating entity.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the kp33 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on kp33 following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a player's kp33 account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds held separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit amounts credited to a player's account pursuant to a kp33 promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity, age, and payment method verification as required by kp33's licensing obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be staked before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" means all gaming products available on kp33, including sports betting, live casino, slots, Teen Patti, snooker betting, and all other gaming verticals accessible via kp33.one.

By accessing kp33.one, creating an account, or placing any wager or bet through the kp33 platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with kp33's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the kp33 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any posted amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

To register and maintain an active account on kp33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kp33 enforces a strict 21+ age restriction across all its products and services. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts permanently closed and any deposited funds returned subject to verification.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate registrations, registrations on behalf of third parties, and use of nominee identities are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number linked to a valid JazzCash or EasyPaisa account, or a supported Pakistani bank account.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing kp33 from any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law, where you are legally restricted from participating in such activities.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of a kp33 employee or partner organisation.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with kp33 or any gaming regulatory body that covers the kp33 platform.

kp33 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of closure.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) kp33 account. It is your sole responsibility to maintain the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. kp33 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password not shared with any other online service.

You must notify kp33 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or suspected compromise of, your account. kp33 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

kp33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including where:

• Duplicate accounts are identified under the same identity, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address cluster.
• Account activity indicates fraudulent, collusive, or abusive behaviour.
• A player has not logged into their account for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months, in which case kp33 will provide reasonable notice before applying any dormancy policy.
• KYC documentation requested by kp33 has not been submitted within the stipulated timeframe.

Players are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on their kp33 account remains current and accurate. Updates to name, address, or payment method details must be submitted with supporting documentation for verification.

kp33 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at kp33's discretion with reasonable notice to players.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your kp33 account balance in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed in the kp33 cashier at the time of transaction. kp33 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the kp33 account holder. kp33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The player's account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the original deposit payment method where possible, consistent with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Processing times vary by payment method: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically settle within five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions; bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• kp33 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request deemed to require enhanced due diligence review.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

kp33 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which supplement and take precedence over these general Terms in the event of any conflict relating to that promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all kp33 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available once per eligible player, per household address, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for the bonus. Bonus funds and associated pending winnings will expire and be removed from the account if requirements are not met within the validity period.
• Minimum odds restrictions apply to free bet and deposit match offers. Bets placed on events with odds below the stated minimum will not contribute to wagering requirement completion.
• kp33 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Offers already claimed and in active use will be honoured subject to their original stated terms.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including through multiple account creation, exploitation of errors, or coordinated wagering patterns designed to minimise risk — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.

All bets and wagers placed on kp33 are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each gaming vertical. These rules are accessible within each product area on the platform and form part of these Terms by reference. The following general rules apply across all kp33 betting and gaming products:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the kp33 system. Players are responsible for checking bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming any wager.
• In the event of a technical error, server failure, or communication interruption during a bet placement or game round, kp33 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the stake amount to the player's account balance.
• kp33's decision on the outcome of all bets, game results, and dispute resolutions is final, subject to the platform's formal complaints process.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event, as displayed within the sportsbook and casino interfaces at the time of wagering.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and casino games are independently certified and available upon request through kp33 support.

For cricket betting specifically, including PSL, Test, and T20I markets, kp33 applies standard cricket betting rules relating to match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method application, and player/team substitutions. These rules are detailed in the sportsbook rules section accessible within the kp33 platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kp33 and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on kp33, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with casino games, or exploit promotional offers.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker, or coordinate betting patterns to exploit bonus terms.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies using kp33 promotional funds in a manner designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds through kp33 for the primary purpose of money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability, software error, or pricing error on the kp33 platform. Any winnings derived from a demonstrably erroneous price or technical fault will be voided.
• Accessing kp33 while subject to a valid self-exclusion agreement or account closure decision.

kp33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment only. kp33 strongly discourages players from wagering amounts they cannot afford to lose or from using gambling as a means of generating income.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all kp33 account holders and can be activated at any time through the account settings or by contacting kp33 support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications showing your net session result and time spent playing.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to six (6) weeks. Cool-off activations take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the active period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your kp33 account and block re-registration for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission to kp33 support.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek assistance from international responsible gaming support resources and to make use of kp33's self-exclusion facility without delay. kp33 support can facilitate self-exclusion requests at any time.

All content on the kp33 platform — including but not limited to the kp33 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of kp33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the kp33 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No player may reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any kp33 content without the prior written consent of kp33.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kp33 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the kp33 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or account information due to technical failure outside kp33's reasonable control.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or delays in bet processing caused by third-party infrastructure failures, including Pakistani mobile network or banking system outages.
• Errors in odds display or game results subsequently corrected under these Terms.

kp33's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by kp33's own gross negligence.

kp33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at kp33.one/privacy-policy. By registering on kp33, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kp33 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required by kp33's licensing obligations and applicable law. All data processing is conducted in accordance with internationally recognised data protection standards.

kp33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirement, or at kp33's sole operational discretion.

Players may close their kp33 account at any time by submitting a written request to kp33 support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining after satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless the applicable promotion's terms provide otherwise.

kp33 may also suspend or close the platform in its entirety, or restrict access from specific regions, at its discretion and subject to reasonable notice where practicable. In such circumstances, all real-money player balances will be returned in full.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kp33 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through kp33's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.

By accepting these Terms, players acknowledge that kp33 operates under an international licensing framework and that disputes are subject to the dispute resolution procedures of that framework rather than exclusively to Pakistani domestic courts. Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable law.
